The longest running live hairdressing competition, L’Oréal Colour Trophy was back for another year last month to showcase and celebrate some of the best colourists in Australia. Our Hanae unsurprisingly made the cut (go girl!) and took to the stage to recreate her semi-finalist look – a chic colour exploration of a dystopian future styled in head to toe Issey Miyake.
Her precise colour application, vibrant dual tones, and sharp stylised cut stood out in the competition. Unfortunately, she did not take the crown…a Shu Uemura Art of Hair editorial though could be definitely on the horizon!
From contouring French balayage to a colour and cut that screams wearable art, Melbourne’s most prestige salon on the Paris end of Collins is open for business. Why wait to begin a new colour story? We’ll save you a chair. But, not for long! Book online today.
